What materials are available for packaging? You can choose between recyclable transparent or metallized film, recyclable paper, aluminum, and paper/aluminum combinations—all featuring internal barrier layers to protect against oxygen, moisture, and aromas.
How does the packaging protect aroma and product properties? Aluminum or functional barrier layers integrated into recyclable films prevent the entry of oxygen, moisture, and UV light, preserving fragrance, flavor, and active compounds.
Can packaging be customized with graphics and design? Yes, pouches are fully customizable via the online template or with support from the Packstyle team, including multi-graphic services for different product lines.
What accessories can be added to the pouches? Pouches can include resealable zippers, degassing valves, euro holes, and spouts.
Is the packaging suitable for vacuum packaging? Yes, all our materials are suitable for vacuum packaging. However, we recommend that customers carry out preliminary tests, as vacuum performance also depends on the characteristics of the packaged product. In particular, products with sharp or pointed parts could compromise the integrity of the material.
Can I place small orders? Yes, orders start from a minimum of 50 pieces, allowing you to test new product lines without waste and quickly update packaging in case of regulatory changes.
Is the packaging sustainable and recyclable? All pouches can be made from recyclable materials. Paper comes from responsibly managed forests, and production uses renewable energy. Pouches can also be reused as refills thanks to the resealable zipper.
Are all materials safe for food contact? Yes, all Packstyle pouches are certified for food contact and ensure safety, durability, and protection—preserving product integrity and quality.
