1- BOPP from 20 to 34 my

This polypropylene layer guarantees excellent colour and tactile performance in gloss, matt and soft touch finishes. In addition, its chemical composition enhances the functional barrier against gas and moisture, ensuring the pouch's strength and solidity.

2- 20 my barrier PP

Is a polypropylene layer that provides barriers to gases, mineral oils and preserves flavours. It also provides a moisture barrier.

3- 80 my Cast PP

Polypropylene acts as a moisture barrier layer and as a sealing layer. This polymer is guaranteed for healthy and safe contact with food.

1- BOPP 20 bis 34 µm

Diese Polypropylen-Schicht sorgt für eine hervorragende Farb- und Haptikqualität – sowohl bei glänzender als auch bei matter oder Soft-Touch-Oberfläche. Darüber hinaus verstärkt ihre chemische Zusammensetzung die funktionale Barriere gegen Gase und Feuchtigkeit und verleiht dem Beutel Widerstandsfähigkeit und Stabilität.

2- Aluminium 9 µm

Leicht und formbar ist Aluminium besonders leistungsstark im Bereich flexibler Verpackungen. Es bietet eine hohe Konservierungsleistung, da es als Schutzschild gegen Licht, Feuchtigkeit und Verunreinigungen wirkt.

3- PP Cast 80 µm

Polypropylen fungiert als Feuchtigkeitsbarriere und Siegelschicht. Dieses Polymer ist für einen hygienischen und sicheren Lebensmittelkontakt zertifiziert.

Frequently Asked Questions about transparent recyclable film packaging

What is transparent recyclable film? It is a packaging material for pouches and flexible packaging that combines protection, transparency, and recyclability, making it ideal for showcasing the product without compromising its safety or freshness.
What barrier properties does it provide? Recyclable transparent film provides a barrier against oxygen, water vapour and mineral oils. This helps preserve the aroma, freshness and quality of the product throughout its intended shelf life. Being transparent, however, the film does not provide a light barrier: for light-sensitive products we recommend the metallised version.
Is it suitable for all products? It is ideal for baked goods, dried fruit, tea, spices, nutrition bars, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and soaps.
How should it be disposed of? Recyclable transparent film is identified by the PP 5 code and can be placed in plastic waste collection, where local systems allow. There is in fact no dedicated collection stream for transparent films: waste collection is organised by material family (paper, plastic, glass and so on), and the separation of the different types of plastic takes place at sorting facilities, downstream of collection. Since collection and recycling arrangements vary by country and by local area, we recommend always checking the requirements of your local authority or waste management operator: correct disposal keeps the packaging out of landfill and allows the material to re-enter the production cycle.
What are its advantages over other transparent materials? It combines product transparency and visibility with high protective performance and environmental sustainability, helping to reduce the ecological impact of packaging.
