Packstyle: personalizza doypack e buste piatte in basse tirature
The degassing valve is a small accessory that allows gases naturally released by coffee to escape from the pack. Its purpose is to prevent the packaging from inflating, which could give the impression that the food product is no longer fresh or safe to consume.
As a one-way valve, it does not allow external gases or moisture to enter, preserving the quality and barrier protection of the coffee.
Choosing Packstyle is already a sustainable choice, as the approach guides our entire production process. We use 100% renewable energy, solventless technologies, and many other environmental measures.
For example, we use only FSC-certified paper, even for packaging your order. To further support our sustainability philosophy, you can choose resealable pouches, recyclable or recoverable materials, and use the multigraphic printing service to reduce both costs and transportation-related emissions.
In addition, accredited research institutes have identified flexible packaging as one of the least environmentally impactful packaging solutions.
Yes. Thanks to the multigraphic service, you can print at least 50 copies multiplied by as many graphics as you need.
To access this service, your total order must be at least 50 units, and the pouches must share the same format, material, and finish.
Packstyle is a fast service: with the Super Fast option, your order will ship starting from 4 working days.
If you are not in a hurry and want to save, you can also choose:
Relaxed: 10 working days
Regular: 7 working days
The delivery time starts once payment is received and your artwork is approved according to our production standards.
All shipments can be tracked.
Our pouches can be heat-sealed without any risk to the materials, using impulse, ultrasonic, or heat sealers—even at low temperatures.
They can also be equipped with a practical resealable zip, extending the life of the pack after first use.
Yes. Packstyle offers pouches suitable for liquid products. For this use, we recommend avoiding paper materials and choosing film or aluminum-based structures.
We also recommend adding a spout as an accessory.
All our packaging comes with a declaration of conformity for food contact. For fatty or oily foods — such as oils, mustards, sauces, fried foods, or products preserved in oil — we recommend using our recyclable paper packaging. For products containing alcohol, our materials are not currently certified for this use. Since packaging stability may vary depending on alcohol concentration, we always recommend carrying out preliminary tests to verify compatibility with the product.
Our film and aluminium materials are suitable for freezer storage down to -20 °C. As for thawing, they are not suitable for use with the defrost function of a microwave oven.
All our packaging features a high barrier that protects contents from external agents such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, and moisture.
This ensures aroma preservation for over 6 months.
For even longer preservation, we recommend aluminum and paper-aluminum structures, which provide a total light barrier, preventing degradation of coffee oils. These materials have been tested by IEI and certified “approved by.”
To ensure maximum product protection, paper and aluminum pouches cannot have windows. Recyclable films can instead include windows of any shape and size.
The material has a shelf life of 24 months from the production date, when stored under the correct conditions. Beyond this period, the material must be reassessed to verify that it maintains its technical performance and compliance with the intended use. It remains the responsibility of the end user to verify the suitability of the packaging under real conditions of use, based on the type of food packaged, the filling and processing methods, the storage conditions, and the shelf life of the finished product.
It is difficult to define exact capacity due to product density variations.
To test filling capacity, we recommend purchasing a sample pack or placing a small order of 50 units.
Yes. By omitting the white base layer, printing directly on aluminum or metallized recyclable film creates a metallic effect.
However, be aware that yellow may appear gold-toned, and other colors may show slight iridescent or metallic variations.
Courier transport can sometimes be rough on packages. We recommend carefully packing your products to avoid damage or leakage upon arrival.
Place protective materials such as bubble wrap or cushioning at the bottom and sides of boxes to absorb shocks.
For a more eco-friendly approach, you can avoid plastic packaging and mark the box as “FRAGILE” to ensure careful handling.
